Yes, we support corporate purchasing via POs and Net 30 terms upon approval for qualifying accounts within the United States. Please speak with one of our sales representatives, and they will gladly walk you through our account approval process.
To get started, please ensure you have created an account on our website. Once your account is set up, you can submit your Tax Exempt Certificate in one of two ways: select 'I want to send in my tax exempt status' from the 'What do you need assistance with?' dropdown on this form, or email your documentation directly to taxstatus@thermoworks.com. Upon review, we will mark your account as tax-exempt for all eligible future purchases.
Yes, the majority of our products include a NIST-traceable calibration certificate right out of the box. If a specific instrument doesn't include one by default, you can add a calibration to your order. Our technicians will calibrate those products in our A2LA-accredited lab prior to shipping. Just keep in mind that this custom process can add up to a couple of weeks to your shipping timeline.
ThermoWorks instruments are backed by robust warranties against defects in components or workmanship, ranging from 6 months to 5 years (you can find specific warranty terms on each product's page). For authorized purchases, we will repair or replace defective units completely free of charge. To initiate a warranty claim or an out-of-warranty repair, simply contact our Utah-based support team using the form on this page or by reaching out to us directly.
