NODE® delivers continuous temperature and humidity monitoring for the environments where food safety and product quality depend on stable conditions. From walk-in refrigerators and freezers to fermentation rooms, proofing cabinets, and other controlled food storage environments, NODE tracks conditions around the clock and sends data directly to ThermoWorks Cloud. Operators can check readings anytime through the ThermoWorks App and receive instant alerts if conditions drift outside safe limits—allowing teams to respond before small changes become costly losses.

Connect directly to existing Wi-Fi networks—no gateways or additional hardware required—and continuously log temperature and humidity data for review, trend analysis, and food safety documentation. NODE is available in four configurations: ambient temperature only, ambient temperature with humidity, or models with one or two external Pro-Series® probe ports for monitoring inside walk-ins, freezers, and other enclosed environments. Each unit includes a NIST-traceable calibration certificate, verifying accuracy for HACCP compliance and health inspector audits.
